1. Processing Time (The time we need for shipping)

Glow Mystic Collection (Own stock): Processing within 1-3 business days; these items are shipped directly from our warehouse for the fastest service.

Our Brand Partners (Saint Clairmont & Bazou): Processing within 1-3 business days. These items are shipped directly from the brand's warehouse to you for the fastest service.

Custom Drinkware (Print-on-demand): Because these are printed specifically for you, the processing time is 2–7 business days.

2. Delivery Time (Once your package is on its way)

Orders outside the EU: Products such as our custom drinkware are always shipped to you from the nearest production location.

Please note: During holidays or busy periods, postal carriers may take a little longer.

We ship all our orders securely with Track & Trace via PostNL and reliable partners.

Europe (EU):

United States (USA):

Shipping costs: € 22.95

No surprises: The exact shipping costs will be shown once you enter your address details at checkout. This way, you always pay the fairest rate for your order.

4. Multiple Packages & Track & Trace

If you order different types of products (for example, a cup and a bracelet), you may receive multiple packages, as they are shipped from different locations.

You will receive a separate Track & Trace code by email for each shipment.

Tip: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be visible to the carrier.
