Return & Refund Policy

At Glow Mystic in Style, we want you to shine with your purchase. If a product is not entirely to your liking, we are happy to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

For most products in our shop, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Returnable: Standard Items. This includes our own jewelry selection, candles, incense (unopened), and the Bazou and Saint Clairmont collections.

Not Returnable: Custom Made. Our drinking cups are specially produced for you through our print partner. Because these are "custom-made," they can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damage.

Hygiene: Jewelry (such as earrings) and sealed products (such as candles/incense) can only be returned if the seal is still intact.

2. How do returns work?

1. Register your return via info@glowmysticinstyle.com.

2. You will receive instructions and the return address from us.
   

3. The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense (unless the product is defective). Please note: Be aware that international return costs (such as from the United States) can be significantly higher.

4. Once we have received the product in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.

3. Damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Did your product arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? We will, of course, resolve this immediately!

Report this within 48 hours of receipt via email.

Include clear photos of the product and the packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement product or a full refund free of charge.
