1. Processing Time (The time we need for shipping)

Glow Mystic Collection (Our own stock): Processing within 1-3 business days. These items are shipped directly from our warehouse for the fastest service.

Our Brand Partners (Saint Clairmont & Bazou): Processing within 1-3 business days. These items are shipped directly from the brand's warehouse to you for the fastest service.

Custom Drinkware (Print-on-demand): Because these are custom-printed for you, the processing time is 2–7 business days.

2. Delivery Time (Once your package is on its way)

4. Multiple Packages & Track & Trace

If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a bracelet)? It's possible that you will receive multiple packages, as they are shipped from different locations.

You will receive a separate Track & Trace code via email for each shipment.
