📜 General Terms and Conditions – Glow Mystic in Style
Welcome to Glow Mystic in Style. These terms apply to all orders via our webshop. By ordering from us, you agree to these provisions.

2. The Offer & The Agreement
We do our best to depict products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and the payment has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information if there is a suspicion of fraud.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices stated are in Euros and include VAT.
Payment can be made securely via the offered methods (including Wero (iDEAL), Klarna, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay).
4. Delivery and Execution
We work with our own stock.
Delivery times are indicative. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, you have the right to terminate the agreement free of charge.
The risk of damage to or loss of products lies with us until the moment of delivery to you (or a previously designated representative).
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Exceptions: Custom-made items and products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as earrings with broken seals) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Costs: The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless there is a defect or an incorrect delivery on our part.
6. Warranty and Conformity
We guarantee that the products meet the agreement and the reasonable requirements of reliability.
In the event of a defect or damage, you must report this to us within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours) after discovery via info@glowmysticinstyle.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All texts, original product photos, and designs on this website are the property of Glow Mystic in Style. Use without written permission is not allowed.
8. Liability
Glow Mystic in Style is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products (e.g., leaving candles burning unattended).
Our spiritual products are intended for personal experience; no medical or scientific claims can be derived from them.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Do you have a complaint? Let us know! We always look for an appropriate solution. Dutch law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
