📜 Terms and Conditions – Glow Mystic in Style

Welcome to Glow Mystic in Style. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order with us, you agree to these provisions.

2. The Offer & The Agreement

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information if fraud is suspected.

3. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are in Euros and include VAT.

Payment can be made securely via the offered methods (including iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal Visa, Master).

4. Delivery and Execution

We work with our own stock and external partners (including Saint Clairmont, Bazou and Printful).

Delivery times are indicative. In case of a delay of more than 30 days, you have the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge.

The risk of damage or loss of products lies with us until the moment of delivery to you (or a pre-designated representative).

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Exceptions: Custom-made products (such as our print-on-demand drinking cups) and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as earrings whose seal has been broken) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Costs: The costs for the return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery by us.

6. Warranty and Conformity

We guarantee that the products comply with the agreement and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

In the event of a defect or damage, you must report this to us within a reasonable period (preferably within 48 hours) after discovery via info@glowmysticinstyle.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, own product photos and designs on this website are the property of Glow Mystic in Style. Use without written permission is not permitted.

8. Liability

Glow Mystic in Style is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products (e.g. leaving candles burning unattended).

Our spiritual products are intended for personal experience; no medical or scientific claims can be derived from them.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Do you have a complaint? Let us know! We are always looking for a suitable solution. Dutch law applies exclusively to these conditions.
