1. What is the delivery/shipping time for my order?

That depends on what you order! Our own jewelry and candles are shipped within 1-3 business days. For our brand partners (Saint Clairmont & Bazou), this is 1-5 business days. Our unique drinking cups are printed especially for you and have a delivery time of 7-12 business days.

2. I ordered two products, but only one has arrived. Is that correct?

Certainly! Because we work with different studios and partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive a separate Track & Trace code for each package.

3. Is the jewelry of good quality?

Yes, we stand by that! We work with high-quality Stainless Steel and Natural gemstones. Our steel jewelry is colorfast and hypoallergenic. Our gemstones are carefully selected for their unique quality and power.

4. Can I return my order?

Yes, for our standard collection, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Please note: products specially made to order (such as our drinking cups) unfortunately cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. How much do I pay for shipping?

We believe in transparency and apply fair rates for secure shipping with Track & Trace via PostNL. For a package within the Netherlands, you pay €4.95. Within the EU, we ship for €9.50.

Good to know: for orders from €75, you benefit from free shipping. The exact costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
