At Glow Mystic in Style, every product is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. Please read our refund and return terms carefully.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

To qualify for a return or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot resell returned items. For this reason, returns for non-defective products cannot be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. In most cases, you will not need to send the product back; instead, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
